Meet husband and wife Leanne and Tim Carlson, modest and devoutly Christian goat farmers with 12 homeschooled children. They are an extraordinarily simple and sheltered family, dedicating their days to work and biblical disciplines. In addition, most forms of technology are shunned by the clan.
