This show follows the life of Sookii Stackhouse, a fairy who falls in an out of love with the vampires and supernatural beings in her life. Having just come out of the coffin, so to speak, the vampires are attempt to main stream out in the open thanks to a synthetic blood substitute known as True Blood. However vampires are not the only supernatural creatures that are interested in the life of Sookii... Werewolves, maynaids, shape shifters, and many other supernatural creatures maneuver their way in and out of her life as the vampires find all sorts of road bumps on their journey to living peacefully among humans. Some love them... Some hate them... Some fear them... However, there's no way to turn back now for Sookii, the vampires, or anyone else involved.
