Four girls in their mid-twenties are going through something of a crisis in their lives. They've been out of college for a year or more and gone on into the real world only to find out that their vision of a happy ever after kind of life are a dream. Each girl is in an unsatisfying relationship or no relationship at all. Their careers are as unsatisfying as their non-existent relationships. The four friends, including two cousins, are struggling to find meaning in their drab, boring and depressing lives while bashing the expectations they had after college. There's also the feeling that while they should be happy as young women fresh out of college with their whole lives ahead of them, they are definitely not happy.
