A group of North Korean terrorists have planned an attack on the White House, eventually taking control of the building, and holding the President hostage. With the President in his custody, the leader of the North Korean terrorists tries to gain the access codes to detonate every nuclear weapon in the US arsenal. A bloody counter attack, led by Agent Banning tries to recapture control of the White House and save the President.
