Blue Bloods is an American police procedural drama television series created by Mitchell Burgess and Robin Green for CBS. The series follows the Reagan family, a multi-generational family of New York City Police Department officers. Tom Selleck stars as Frank Reagan, the Police Commissioner of the NYPD, and Donnie Wahlberg stars as his eldest son, Danny Reagan, a detective in the NYPD's 27th Precinct.
