Living tells a story about how Mr. Williams, also known as Bill Nighy, spent his final days following a grim prognosis. Williams is a senior bureaucrat for the London County Council. On his desk, there are piles of paperwork that appear uninteresting. He leads a group of women to ask the council to develop the World War II site into a children?s playground.
