Few entities are as sinister and scary as Art the Clown. There's something magnificently malevolent about this spirit, which is why all hell literally breaks loose whenever he is resurrected. This time, when he regains his powers, Art decides to make his way back to Miles County. It's there that he solidifies his plan; he has his sights set upon two siblings.
