The Red Ribbon Army is back! Fronted by new villains Gamma 1 and Gamma 2, they're determined to rebuild Cell into a newer, even more terrifying form: Cell Max. To complete their objectives, they launch a nefarious plot involving Piccolo and Gohan, prompting Piccolo to go undercover within the Red Ribbon Army itself. Before the dust settles, however, there will be battles, sacrifices, changes of heart, questions of loyalty and courage, and ever-evolving fighting forms that will completely change the game.
