Set in Gaffney Chicago Medical Center (a fictitious hospital), Chicago Med is a television series that follows the lives of the staff who work in the emergency department. Many of the doctors and nurses such as Dr. Will Halstead and Nurse Maggie Campbell, among many others, appear throughout the seasons. Cases range from kidney transplants to difficult lymphoma diagnoses and gunshot wounds to fire victims, always with some unique circumstance. Throughout it all, the staff encounter complicated relationships with each other and sometimes with patients. Plot twists make each episode exciting and you never know how it will end.
