2.4A crazy criminal mastermind causes disorder and unrest in Los Angeles when he leads his gang comprising of two others to attack a police station, overpowering all the officers and taking everyone hostage. They then request for a huge sum as ransom, threatening to kill everyone if the sum is not paid.
