Two men making a journey across the desert discover an enormous gold nugget. The gold find is life changing but both must risk their lives to obtain it. While one goes for the equipment needed to transport the nugget, the other stays behind to protect the gold and himself from scavengers, wild animals and his own growing paranoia. The fortunate find quickly turns into a destructive curse that neither man may survive.
