A lovely British family gathers for Christmas along with friends at a country estate to celebrate the holiday with food and cheerful festivities. However, everyone is aware that this will be the last Christmas because a deadly gas cloud is sweeping across the planet killing all life on earth. The government has provided every citizen with suicide pills to take before the gas arrives. Even so, the extraordinary situation doesn't prevent the usual family drama and nutty hijinks that happen on any Christmas day. In this dark comedy, everyone is determined to make the most of their last evening alive.
