The Djinn is a supernatural horror film focusing on the concept of powerful being interfering in the lives of humans. Dylan Jacobs is a mute child with unpleasant memories tied to a traumatic event from his past. Upon moving into a new home with his father, the boy stumbles across a book and ritual explaining how to summon a djinn into the world. Wanting to be able to speak like his peers, Dylan sets up the ritual once his father leaves for work and quickly becomes the object of the being's pursuit.
