Jason Hill is a decorated ex-military man who has been struggling with PTSD. When he goes to meet his wife Jennifer at her job at the VA Hospital one day so they can have lunch together, she is suddenly summoned to an emergency meeting with the head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. While she is in the meeting, the hospital gets taken hostage by a group of terrorists who are heavily armed. Jason knows that he will have to act fast to save everyone in the hospital, as he tries to gather the strength to fight both the terrorists and his post-traumatic stress disorder.
