Victor Martin is a former NASA pilot and senior citizen with a need for speed. After his driver's license is revoked for recklessly drag racing on the streets of Palm Springs, California, Victor is humbled by his sudden delegation to the city?s public transportation system. While riding the bus, he meets Caroline Summers, a cafe owner and grassroots organizer with a passion for endangered tortoises, and finds himself surprisingly behind the wheel of love.
