Blue Bayou follows the life of a Korean-American bred in the Lousiana bayou who works tirelessly to provide for his wife and step-daughter. However, in dealing with that struggle, he must also confront the ghosts of his past. He also learns that he may be deported from the only country he has ever known to be home. Blue Bayou is a roller coaster of emotions that taps into what it means to be a first-generation blue-collar worker in America.
