Devon is a young man suffering from serious mental illness, including hallucinations, paranoia and delusions. His brother Nick is doing his best to take care of him, making sure he stays on his medications and out of trouble. But when Devon decides to stop taking his drugs, he goes off on a psychotic bender and wakes up in the apartment of a stranger who happens to be a beautiful young woman. They fall in love, but the romance is short-lived after the woman inexplicably vanishes. Devon sets out to search for his lost love -- but what she a real person or just another delusion?
