While traveling in the Pacific Northwest during a move, a widow named Jessica starts to suspect that she is the target of a stranger who keeps crossing her path at a various spots along the journey. After he makes multiple attempts to interact with her and she calls the police, he strikes and kidnaps her. Jessica awakes tied up inside of room of a cabin that has bars on the windows. She learns that she isn't the first woman that he has harmed this way. Although she eventually escapes the cabin, her ordeal is by no means over. She discovers that she's in a remote location. She must not only find a way to escape him, but also deal with the elements in the thick wilderness.
