Taking place four years after South Korea has been completely destroyed in a zombie apocalypse, Jung-seok is a soldier fortunate enough to have escaped the defiled landscape. He is enticed into joining a covert squad in a secret operation. The team is supposed to retrieve any survivors they find but none of them think there will actually be any. What ensues when they do find some will completely define who they are as human beings.
