Castle in the Ground is a drama about a teenager grieving the loss of his terminally ill mother. After meeting his neighbor, he develops an addiction to opioids that will change the course of his entire life. His neighbor not only introduces him to drugs but also a violent lifestyle that causes him to spiral out of control as both his personality and the town are taken over by the deadly drug.
