Nikki, the pregnant wife of a superstar, and an unsuccessful musician, Kyle, meet at a rowdy party at a home in the Hollywood Hills. When the evening gets out of control, Nikki bangs her head and collapses, causing Kyle to become panic-stricken and call 911 for help. When the malicious paramedics arrive and deal with the wounded, they then try to take advantage of the unsuspecting couple by robbing them. This is doomed to failure and kicks off a series of escapades that sends them all on a riotous journey throughout Los Angeles.
