Following a messy breakup with her fiance, Grace seeks familiarity at a remote family home where her sister is staying. The two have a happy reunion, but Grace quickly becomes aware of her sister?s underlying condition. Much like their late mother, it appears Catherine has paranoid schizophrenia. As Grace grapples with this issue, Catherine seems to lose a grip on both reality and her sanity. Catherine?s behavior grows unpredictable, which precipitates a grueling fight to save her life.
