Bob and Susan Howard believe their marriage is in trouble. They do the responsible thing and seek the help of Judy Small, a marriage counselor that has her own emotional baggage. Judy begins to push Bob and Susan down a hilariously dark path that will ultimately save their marriage or destroy it. Judy's attempts to gaslight her new clients may also assist the counselor in finding a resolution for her own dark impulses and desires.
