An inspirational and heart-warming story based on the real-life events experienced by Jeremy Camp, a Christian music star who had to deal with the fact that his fiancee was diagnosed with ovarian cancer right before they were planning to get married. Although he is aware that she is dying, he marries her anyway. After they get back from their honeymoon, his wife's doctor informs them that her cancer has spread to other parts of her body. Just a little over 4 months later, she passes away. The story continues to follow Jeremy's life as he makes his way through college, eventually becoming a singer, and meeting his 2nd wife.
