7.39-1-1-: Lone Star follows a father-son duo firefighter who relocates from New York to Austin, Texas. The father Owen Strand deals with the diagnosis of cancer due to the results of being a first responder during 9/11, while the son Tyler Kennedy is recovering from drug abuse. The father and son arrive at their new firehouse to find that there are internal issues within the personnel. The father and son try to find a balance between resolving work and family issues while dealing with Texas-sized emergencies.
