A HAIL driver finds himself on hard times and is desperate for money and opportunity. In order to make extra cash, he becomes a chauffer to a low-level drug dealer and spends much of his time driving his shady boss around town. When suddenly burdened with a serious financial debacle, the driver decides to take matters into his own hands and kidnaps the drug-dealer's son to try to get the ball into his own court.
