Dr. Jason Bull is a stubborn, arrogant, self-righteous trial consultant who relies on the talents of his ex brother-in-law Benny and his codependent friend Marissa to help him win high profile trials that have even higher stakes. Bull and his team use a series of tactics that are sometimes morally and ethically questionable to help their clients stay out of prison or win civil lawsuits. Danny, who was once a detective, helps the team by doing research on witnesses, jury members, and sometimes their clients, while Chunk, a law student, helps the team by preparing their clients for court.
