Each of the owners has very distinctive personalities with rather large egos. Their egos and arrogance frequently cause friction and angst between the proprietors, wreaking havoc on their working relationships and causing each of them to become entangled in unique situations and points of views regarding pertinent social and political issues that they encounter.
