Chicago Fire depicts the professional and personal lives of firefighters of the Chicago Fire Department. The death of Andrew Darden, a veteran Firefighter, loyalties between the members are tested and start to divide the group. The differences are put aside as the team risks their lives to protect and save the citizens of Chicago. Working along side with the firefighters are a paramedics that assist the firefighters with individuals at the scene of the fires.
