Grey's Anatomy is a medical drama that focuses on the surgical residents and doctors at the fictional Seattle Grace Hospital. It is named after the main character, Dr. Meredith Gray who narrates each episode. Currently in its 15th season, the show has managed to withstand significant casting changes, but its central plot has remained consistent. By using Meredith's voice, the show's plot lines center around heroic female health care professionals. Grey's Anatomy also is responsible for the spin off series Private Practice.
