When a single mom takes on a job as a nurse to an elderly man with multiple sclerosis, she moves with her two children from the city into the man?s isolated mansion in the country. They find themselves terrorized by an enormous entity that can take on the spider?s form. The terror starts with the discovery of an old relic in the man?s house. Different from the children?s poem of the same name, unexpected horror starts to take over the family?s life.
