A spy is thought to be killed when he then wakes up in a hospital to be told that he has passed a certain experiment that many people don't. The spy is then thrust into the hands of an international organization that uses powers such as time travel to make sure that disasters that would affect the world to the point of starting World War 3 never are able to happen.
