Liv Moore, a young medical student, attends a party that quickly takes a strange turn when it becomes a zombie den. She awakes the next day to realize she turned into a member of the living dead. Discovering that she must satisfy her craving for human flesh, she takes a job working in the city morgue. She survives by eating the brains of the corpses. However, she realizes that consuming the brain of another person gives her access to their memories. Not to waste this power, she teams up with a fellow detective to solve crimes.
