A New Zealand reporter starts making a documentary on the "sport" of competitive endurance tickling, in which two young men take turns restraining and tickling each other to see who can hold out the longest. As strange as this might seem, the investigation takes an even weirder turn when the mysterious figure organizing these contests starts trying to scare the reporter away with threats of legal action. What does he have to hide?
