Will Chase is one of the most respected men in the FBI. Using the code name Whiskey Cavalier, Chase is assigned to the toughest cases investigated by the bureau until a breakup leaves him emotionally damaged. To help Will regain his sense of worth, the FBI assigns him to work with Frankie Trowbridge. She's a calloused CIA operative with little patience for Will's issues, and the two of them will have to learn to work together to catch America's most wanted criminals.
