The Battle of Britain is noteworthy for many reasons. As the first true military campaign fought solely up in the air, it pitted the United Kingdom against Nazi Germany. Although many people know the story, few have heard the tale of RAF 303. This squadron of Polish flyboys consisted of those who had also tried to protect their country from Germany.
