Kurt is a war veteran who suffers from a case of haunting PTSD. When he returns to his home, he comes across a local street prophet named Noe, who warns him that the strange weather the world has been experiencing lately is only a forerunner to a catastrophic storm that is about to hit. As Kurt prepares himself and his house for the apocalypse, he befriends his boss' daughter Jessica, who also slowly starts to believe.
