When an eccentric and delightfully creative young man starts to attend a new high school, he quickly begins to learn just how difficult it can be when you're different. At first, his friendship with another young man makes him rethink his attire and he finds himself wearing blue jeans to school. However, it's not long before his true self resurfaces, and he makes an astonishing declaration. He is going to run for homecoming queen.
