The ladies at the Nail Artisan salon in Florida only want to succeed and achieve their personal dreams. Desna is co-owner of the salon with three friends. They have few out of the ordinary worries until a local drug trafficking family, the Husser Family, pushes Desna into running a money laundering scheme based off of their pain pill mill through the salon. She and the ladies must quickly learn how to stay at the top of the game if they want to survive. After Desna gets involved with Roller Husser and discovers that he has been keeping part of their cut, she must take matters into her own hands... even if it means killing Roller to send a message.
