The West High School girls' volleyball team is heartbroken when their star player "Line" (a.k.a. Caroline) Found tragically loses her life in a moped accident. The rest of the team then has to learn to come together if they have any hope of earning the Iowa state championship title. Guided by the tough-love philosophy of their coach, the West High Trojans learn to play through the pain and overcome adversity.
