A deadly plague sweeps around the world destroying the majority of the human race. It is up to the men and women who serve on the USS Nathan James, a United States naval destroyer, to find a cure. Lead by Commander Tom Chandler, the crew finds themselves tracking down clues to a cure with the help of a research scientist named Rachel Scott.
