Insecure is a contemporary comedy based on the lives of two women in their 20's who have been friends since attending UCLA. One is in a long term relationship and works with a non-profit organization which benefits African-American middle-school students, Issa. Molly, on the other hand, is a very successful attorney with much career success, but none as far as dating and relationships. The show explores life's ups and downs as a young African-American woman. Their fresh perspective on the subject shows that you cannot escape who you are.
