Sterling Archer is a suave spy, but he doesn't have as glamorous a life as one might expect. Much to his annoyance, his boss is his mom, and she still treats him like a little boy. It doesn't help that he also has to work with his ex-girlfriend and her hunky new boyfriend. There's constant squabbling going on among these employees, and it's all a bit much for him to handle, but he is determined to continue doing his job. After all, the international community needs him.
