The Mikaelson family is made up of vampires that find themselves in New Orleans. Originally, the Miakaelson family was forced to leave this city. Klaus, a member of this family, wants to take his family back to New Orleans to take back the city the Mikaelson's once owned. Marcel, an old friend of Klaus and fellow vampire, is starting to claim New Orleans for himself. A battle of power will ensue to see which family will take their rightful place at ruler of the city of New Orleans.
