Not far into the future, outside forces have occupied the United States. Los Angeles has been cut off from the outside world, controlled by a security force that rules with an iron fist. Within the city, the citizens have a mixed view of the occupation. Some have made a deal with the security force, turning in information about their neighbors and helping to ?keep the peace? in order to live comfortable lives. Others decide to stage a resistance and fight back, no matter what the risk.
