The life of a socially awkward high school sophomore changes drastically after he is attacked and bitten by a werewolf, and inherits the curse. Occasionally transforming into a ferocious man-beast makes life difficult but interesting, especially since his school love interest belongs to a family of werewolf hunters. Other high school friends also have supernatural powers, including a girl who is a banshee and a boy who is a werecoyote. Adventures in the paranormal abound among the teen population of this small American town.
