Vice Principals is a dark comedy of school bureaucracy. The show begins with the popular principal of a high school retiring and choosing a oollege professor as his successor. Unfortunately, the school's two vice principals -- one irritable and authoritarian, one conniving and sociopathic -- both wanted the principal's chair for themselves. Although they despise each other, the vice principals enter into an uneasy alliance to try to undercut the new principal and seize power.
