When his family is torn apart by an extreme act of violence, a usually mild mannered husband and father becomes a one man vigilante. Paul Kersey is a surgical doctor living in Chicago when his family is torn apart by murder. Paul then goes on a rampage in order to get vengeance on those responsible for the violent act. Every night, he takes to the street, looking for the people responsible.
