After five years on a deserted island, billionaire Oliver Queen returned home to Starling City. Thought long-dead, Oliver instead arrives a changed man. Becoming a bow-wielding vigilante, the former playboy attempts to clean up the the corruption that poisons the streets of his beloved home. However, around every corner comes a new challenge and more deadly adversary.
