An FBI interrogator is forced to team up with an I.T. specialist when a criminal mastermind threatens the lives of an entire city. The diabolical madman is enjoying the mind games that he is playing with the two as they scurry to save the city. The pair must first determine what it is that the villain is truly after and put an end to his games before he takes out an entire city and the people in it.
